For 2026, I've chosen "NURTURE" as my one word of the year! This word captures my desire to foster growth, care for myself and others, and create positive energy in every aspect of my life. It is a time to "Nurture" what I learned to "Dare" for in 2025.


Nurture celebrates the joy of caring and the excitement of gradual growth! It’s all about kindness, development, and offering gentle support for steady progress, rather than rushing through changes. This approach perfectly matches my desire for slow, steady advancement this year.


Nurturing beautifully aligns with my passion this year for personal growth and healing, creating supportive environments, and sparking progress in both personal and professional areas.

Nurturing involves offering love, support, and resources to help growth and development.  It includes taking care of, feeding, and protecting. It also means bringing up, raising, or rearing, with an emphasis on personal development and education. Additionally, nurturing fosters or promotes hopes, beliefs, and ambitions, extending to ideas, relationships, and communities.
